Mrs Eleni Kevork holds a degree in Business Administration (BA) and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) specialised on Marketing, both issued form University of Piraeus. She is currently a Ph.D. student in Athens University of Economics and Business working on her thesis “Web atmospherics in service context” (Supervisors: Prof. G. Doukidis and Lecturer A. Vrechopoulos). She is a member of Eltrun – Imes research group operated on at a the Research Center at AUEB. Her main research interests are electronic marketing in service sector, customer relationship management (CRM) and consumer behaviour.
She is currently working in the Accounting Department of the Bank of Greece, while she has further working experience in banking sector. She has worked, also, in the Department of Strategic Management and Marketing of the Bank of Attica. Furthermore, she has worked as an administrator of European and Local research projects in Research Center of University of Piraeus. Additionally, she has worked in the Department of Commercial Papers of Piraeus Bank and in Piraeus Finance Bank. Finally, she has been involved with research activity in the European programmes called “STARFISH” of Athens University of Economics and Business and “Internet and new services”.
Finally, she has teaching experience in sections such as Industrial marketing, SAP – ERP Applications (FI module) and CRM Oracle’s applications (Sales module).
