Korina Diamanti., Lina Ioannou and Nancy Pouloudi Organizations nowadays are faced with intense competition due to globalization and rapid technological developments, and are forced to engage in continuous change efforts in order to survive. But are organizations able to realize the need for change in a timely manner? When they do, are they in position to take immediate action? Are they prepared to deal with change – do they have sufficient mechanisms in place to support a change effort? What factors affect the success of a change effort? Πρόσφατα πραγματοποιήθηκε η τελετη απονομής του πρώτου διαγωνισμού e-volution awards 2012 μέσα σε εορταστικό κλίμα, παρουσία συσσωμης της αγοράς. Τις απονομές των βραβείων έκαναν υψηλόβαθμα στελέχη της αγοράς, Πρόεδροι φορεων και Ινστιτουτων και εκπρόσωποι της πολιτείας. Τα e-volution awards αποτελούν τον μοναδικό και σημαντικότερο διαγωνισμό με στόχο την ανάδειξη και επιβράβευση των βέλτιστων πρακτικών στο χωρο του ηλεκτρονικού επιχειρείν.
