Απολογισμός E-Volution Awards 2012 Recognizing best practices in digital business

Πρόσφατα πραγματοποιήθηκε η τελετη απονομής του πρώτου διαγωνισμού e-volution awards 2012 μέσα σε εορταστικό κλίμα, παρουσία συσσωμης της αγοράς. Τις απονομές των βραβείων έκαναν υψηλόβαθμα στελέχη της αγοράς, Πρόεδροι φορεων και Ινστιτουτων και εκπρόσωποι της πολιτείας. Τα e-volution awards αποτελούν τον μοναδικό και σημαντικότερο διαγωνισμό με στόχο την ανάδειξη και επιβράβευση των βέλτιστων πρακτικών στο χωρο του ηλεκτρονικού επιχειρείν.

Dr. Ioannis Mourtos is a Lecturer in "Mathematics of Operations Research" at the Department of Management Science & Technology, Athens University of Economics and Business. He studied Computer Engineering and Informatics at the University of Patras and obtained both his MSc and PhD from the Operational Research Department, London School of Economics and Political Science. He has worked as a Lecturer at the Department of Economics, University of Patras.

His research is focused in the areas of Combinatorial Optimisation and Integer Programming, examining also the integration of Integer Programming with Constraint Programming algorithms. He has published in Operations Research and Computer Science journals like Operations Research Letters, European Journal of Operational Research, Discrete Mathematics, Journal of Combinatorial Optimization and Information Processing Letters, for several of which he has served as a reviewer. He has also participated in national and European research projects.
